Gert: Bristolian for very.
As in gert lush. We opened on Church Road in 2023 to sell the homes most people in BS5 actually buy first: flats in big old villas, two-up two-downs, the end terrace with the view. We only work in BS5, so we're never more than ten minutes from your door.

If it's small, we'll say it's small and show you the floor plan, with every room measured.
We won't tie you in.
No minimum term. If we're not doing it right, you can leave with a text.
We won't sell you a mortgage on the side.
We'll tell you how much it costs to buy a home, and point you at an independent broker if you want one.
We won't go quiet.
A text every Friday until you have the keys, even when the only news is no news.
