Eleanor opened the office with Daniel in 2011, after years selling houses across Chelsea for larger firms. She values every house herself and goes to every first viewing, because the first viewing is when a buyer decides whether to come back.

Daniel looks after the private weeks: the buyers who are told first, before any house is advertised. He keeps the list short on purpose, and rings every one of them himself.

Amara arranges every viewing and is there to open the door. Between viewings she chases the solicitors, the surveyors and the managing agents, so that a sale agreed is a sale completed.
