Selling
Few houses at a time, each one shown properly.
We take on only as many houses as the three of us can show ourselves. Yours is valued, photographed, shown and sold by the same partner, and nobody sees it until you say so.

How a house is shown
Privately first, and publicly only if you wish.
- I
The visit
One of the partners walks every floor with you, and writes afterwards with a figure and how the house should be shown.
- II
The photographs
One day, one photographer, the rooms as they are lived in. A plan drawn from the house's own measurements.
- III
The private weeks
The house is shown first to buyers we already know, with no board, no brochure and no listing. Some houses sell here and go no further.
- IV
This website
Only if you wish, the house goes on this site, with its plans, its lease and its charges in full. After that, only if you wish, the portals.
- V
The viewings
Every viewing by appointment, with one of us there. Nobody is shown round your house alone.
- VI
The sale
We stay with it to exchange: the solicitors, the surveys, the questions, and the day the keys change hands.
What we do not do
- Boards outside the house
- Open days
- Viewings without one of us there
- A price we would not stand behind
What the street has sold for
Every kind of home, from the Land Registry.
Choose Chelsea or South Kensington and see what each kind of home has actually sold for there: flats, terraced houses and mews, semi-detached and detached. These are sales records, not a valuation; a private valuation pins your house down.
By appointment
A private valuation, at the house.
One of the partners comes to the house, walks every floor with you, and writes afterwards with a figure and how they would show it. There is no charge, and nothing is decided on the day.
