Vane & Lisle does not exist.

This is a demonstration website made by AgentKit to show the kind of site we build for a prime London agency: a few people, two districts, houses shown by appointment. Everything about the agency is fictional. The market around it is real.

Fictional

  • Vane & Lisle, its name, its wordmark, its office on Manson Mews and its history.
  • Eleanor Vane, Daniel Lisle and Amara Osei. Their portraits were made with an image generator and are not real people.
  • All 8 houses for sale: their rooms, sizes, plans, energy ratings, leases, service charges, prices and descriptions. No house number is given because none of them exists.
  • Every photograph on the site, made with an image generator (Higgsfield) for this demonstration. None is a real house, room, street scene or person.
  • The phone number (020 7946 0718) is in Ofcom's range kept for drama, and the email address uses the reserved .example domain: neither reaches anyone.

Real

  • The streets: Thurloe Square, Kynance Mews, Onslow Square and Queen's Gate in South Kensington (SW7); Chelsea Square, Paultons Square, Sydney Mews and Beaufort Street in Chelsea (SW3). The houses on them here are invented.
  • The sold prices: every standard sale registered with HM Land Registry in SW3 and SW7 between 29 October 2024 and 29 October 2026, retrieved on 29 October 2026. Where a kind of home sold fewer than eight times, the figures reach into the neighbouring districts (SW1X, SW10 and W8) and say so.
  • The stamp duty rates on each house's page: England's rates from 1 April 2025, as an illustration, not advice.
  • The maps of each house's area, from OpenStreetMap, centred on the street rather than a house.

The forms

  • The valuation, the viewing, the question and "Email me" on each house all end on "Demo request complete". Nothing you type is sent or kept, no appointment is made and nobody will contact you.
  • The search reads the eight houses on this site and nothing else.
  • "Save" on a house keeps it on this device only.

Not measured, not claimed

  • There are no reviews, awards or sales figures for Vane & Lisle: a fictional agency has none, and we would rather show none than invent them.
  • Vane & Lisle is not connected with any real agency in Chelsea, South Kensington or anywhere else.
