ASG Websites alternative

Looking for an ASG Websites alternative.

ASG websites are built to work with Alto, Jupix and Expert Agent, which is a real advantage if that is your CRM. Here is what they do well, and why some agents still look elsewhere.

In short
  • What they do well, first. Including who should choose ASG Websites over us.
  • Side by side. ASG Websites's published terms next to ours, checked against their own website every week.
  • Ours is from £10,000. Bespoke, yours outright, and no tie-in.

What ASG Websites does well

They are built around the software you already use. If your agency is on Alto, Jupix or Expert Agent, the website is sold and looked after by the same group as your CRM, so the listings and the support sit together, and their own questions page makes exactly that case. For a new agency or a small budget, that convenience may well be the right call.

Why agents look for an alternative

A two year contract

ASG Websites' own questions page refers to a 24 month website contract. Two years is a long time to hold a website you would have to rethink if you ever changed CRM. Ours is a one off fee, and the optional monthly afterwards is thirty days' notice.

Built around the software you use today

Its questions page is written for agencies with an Alto, Jupix or Expert Agent account. That is the strength of it, and also the catch: change CRM and the website question comes back. An independent website takes whichever feed you use, and stays yours.

Extra pages are charged by the hour

The same page says pages beyond nine are charged at £80 plus VAT an hour. Local pages are how an agency gets found in each town and postcode it covers, so ask how many you would need and what they would come to. With us, local pages are part of the build, and Patch Builder adds a new one every month.

What we do instead

One website, designed and written for one agency, built around the thing that actually pays: turning a vendor who is comparing three agents at eleven at night into a valuation in your diary. Their patch, their stock, their words, and pages for the towns they intend to own.

From £10,000, and the website is yours. The full detail is on the pricing page.

If you are mid contract

If you are part way through the 24 months, do not break anything. Note the end date, check that your domain is registered to the agency rather than the supplier, and plan the new site to land as the contract ends.

Questions

Their own website questions page refers to a 24 month website contract, and says pages beyond nine are charged at £80 plus VAT an hour.

Can I use AgentKit if my CRM is Alto, Jupix or Expert Agent?

Yes. The listings come from your CRM through its feed, and we tell you up front if your CRM charges for it. The website stays yours if you ever change CRM.
