Fifteen years inside estate agency, before a single website.
AgentKit is a small creative team building bespoke websites for estate agents. The difference is where the work comes from. Someone here has stood in the living room and asked for the instruction.

The agent who started it.
Fifteen years as an estate agent, corporate and independent, always running a branch. He has helped launch agency brands from nothing. The twelve years since have been spent building the marketing that brings agents their next instruction.
"I sat in a lot of living rooms before I ever built a website."
Why we build the way we do.
Your website meets every vendor before you do. It is open after the branch has shut, it never has an off day, and most of the time nobody has asked it to do anything except sit there and look smart.
That is the whole reason this exists. Every page has one job: move a visitor closer to a booked valuation. No templates, no packages, and nothing on the page that is not earning its place.
One agency per patch. If we build for an agent in your town, we will not build for their competitor down the road.
Twelve years of building for agents, in public.
