Who we are

AgentKit is a trading name of EAanalytics Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 08006715), whose registered office is 20 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU. We design, build and host websites for estate agencies. EAanalytics Ltd decides how the personal information described here is used, so under UK data protection law we are its controller. You can reach us about anything on this page at enquiries@agentkit.pro.

The short version

We collect what you send us: an enquiry from our Start page, a question you type into Ask, or an email. We use it to answer you and, if we work together, to do the work. We don't sell anyone's information. With your agreement where the law asks for it, this website uses Google Analytics to see how it's used, and Meta's and Google's advertising tools to show our adverts to people who have visited.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry from our Start page: your name, email address and phone number, your agency's name, your patch, your current website, and your answers about how the agency is set up, your budget, your timing and what your website isn't doing. It reaches us as an email; we don't keep it in a separate database.

When you use Ask: the questions you type, the answers it gives and the page you asked from. Ask writes its answers from our own pages, using an AI service. We keep questions and answers for 12 months to see what people need and to make our pages clearer. Please don't type personal details into it; it doesn't need them. To stop it being overused, it counts questions per internet address, scrambled so the address itself isn't kept.

When you email or call us: whatever you tell us, and your contact details.

If we design a concept website for your agency: we build it from what your agency publishes (such as your branding, your properties and your office details, from your website and the property portals) and from public records such as HM Land Registry's sold prices. If we send you a private link to it, we count the visits made with that link and note when it was first opened, so we know when to follow up.

When you visit: the cookies and analytics described below, and your internet address and browser details, which our host sees when it sends you a page.

Why we use it, and our legal bases

To answer your enquiry and talk about a project: to take the steps you've asked for before a contract, and in our legitimate interests in running our business.

To do the work, if we work together: to perform our contract with your agency.

To answer questions in Ask, and improve our pages from them: our legitimate interests in helping visitors and making our pages clearer.

To design concepts for agencies and follow up: our legitimate interests in finding new clients. You can object at any time and we'll stop.

To see how the site is used, and to show our adverts: with your consent where the law asks for it (which you can withdraw at any time from Cookie settings), and in our legitimate interests elsewhere.

To keep records and meet the law: our legal obligations, such as keeping accounts.

We never sell your information, and we never share it for anyone else's marketing, except that if you agree to Advertising cookies, Meta and Google also use what they collect under their own policies, as explained below.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

In the UK, the EU and EEA and Switzerland, we ask before anything is set, and nothing loads until you choose. Elsewhere these load as the page opens, and you can switch them off. Either way, you can change your mind at any time from Cookie settings at the foot of every page on agentkit.pro.

Measurement (Google Analytics): the pages you read, how you arrived (for example from a search or one of our adverts), roughly where you are (the country and city, worked out from your internet address, which Google doesn't keep), your device, browser and screen size, and whether you sent an enquiry. It never receives your name, your email or what you wrote. Google handles it for us as our processor, and it's kept for up to 14 months.

Advertising (the Meta pixel and Google's ad signals): the pages you visit here, whether you came from one of our adverts, and whether you sent an enquiry, sent to Meta and Google with their cookies and your browser's details. When you send an enquiry with Advertising switched on, our server also tells Meta about it directly (Meta's Conversions API), so it's counted even if your browser blocks the pixel. That message carries your email address, phone number and first name, each scrambled (hashed) as Meta asks, with your internet address, your browser's details and Meta's cookies, which Meta uses to match the enquiry to an account. Meta and Google can link what they receive to your accounts with them, which lets us measure our adverts and show them to people who have visited. Meta Platforms Ireland and Google receive it as controllers in their own right (Meta jointly with us for collecting it), and use it under their own privacy policies: Meta's and Google's.

Every cookie, who sets it and how long it lasts is listed in our cookie policy.

Who handles it for us

These companies process information for us, only on our instructions and only for the purposes above:

Some of these companies are based in the United States. Where your information leaves the UK, it is protected by the safeguards UK law requires, such as the UK and US data bridge or the standard data protection clauses approved for the UK.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and emails: as long as we need them to talk to you about a project. If we work together, our records of the work and what was paid: six years after it ends, as the law asks for accounts. Ask questions and answers: 12 months. Visits counted on a concept link: as long as we keep the concept. Google Analytics' records of visits: up to 14 months. Our host's logs: a short time, to run and protect the site. Your cookie answer: a year, in your own browser.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to limit how we use it, to object to how we use it, or to have it in a form you can take elsewhere. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Email enquiries@agentkit.pro and we'll reply within one month. It's free.

If you're not happy with how we handle your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

Websites we build for estate agencies

This policy covers agentkit.pro. On a website we've built for an estate agency, the agency decides how your information is used and its own privacy policy applies; we host and run the site for them.

Children

Our services are for estate agencies, not children. If you think a child has given us their details, email us and we'll delete them.

Changes to this policy

If what we collect or how we use it changes, we'll update this page first and change the date at the top.

Ask AgentKit

Ask anything about our websites.

Answers are written from our own pages and guides, with a link to where each one comes from. If our pages don't cover it, we'll say so.

Written by AI from our pages, so check anything important with us. Questions are kept for a year to improve our pages, so please leave out personal details.
