This website, agentkit.pro, is run by EAanalytics Ltd, trading as AgentKit. This page covers agentkit.pro and everything we show under it, including our showcase demos and the concept websites we design for estate agencies.
The short version
We use Google Analytics to see how people find AgentKit and what they read, and Meta's and Google's advertising tools to show our adverts to people who have visited. They set cookies, so in the UK, the EU and EEA and Switzerland we ask you first and set nothing until you agree. You can change your mind at any time with the button above, or from Cookie settings at the foot of every page on agentkit.pro.
Who we ask
Visitors in the UK, the EU and EEA and Switzerland, and anyone whose country our host can't tell, are asked before anything is set, and nothing loads until they choose. Our host, Vercel, works out the country from your internet address when the page asks; we don't keep it. Elsewhere, the tags load as the page opens, and you can switch them off in the same way.
What you can choose
Needed, always on: your answer to the cookie question, kept in your browser's local storage for a year so we don't ask again. It isn't sent to us. Until you close the tab, your browser also remembers whether you need asking and, if you use Ask on our pages, your last few questions and answers, so they're still there as you move between pages.
Measurement: Google Analytics, which counts visits, the pages read, how people arrive (for example from a search or an advert), roughly where they are, and which device and browser they use. It tells us when someone sends an enquiry from our Start page, but not who they are or what they wrote.
Advertising: the Meta pixel and Google's ad signals, which tell Meta and Google that you visited, which pages you saw and whether you sent an enquiry, so we can tell whether our adverts work and show them to people who have visited. Meta and Google can link this to your accounts with them, under their own privacy policies.
The cookies
| Cookie | Set by | For | Kept for |
|---|---|---|---|
_ga | Google Analytics | Measurement: tells one visitor from another | 2 years |
_ga_97PLDKZGLQ | Google Analytics | Measurement: keeps track of your visit | 2 years |
_gcl_au | Advertising: whether you came from one of our Google adverts | 3 months | |
_fbp | Meta | Advertising: tells Meta it's the same browser on each visit | 3 months |
_fbc | Meta | Advertising: which Meta advert you came from, if you did | 3 months |
ak_concept | AgentKit | Opens a concept website from the private link we sent you (see below) | Until the link closes, and 90 days after |
None of the Google or Meta cookies are set unless you agree (or, outside the places above, unless you leave them on). Meta and Google may also use their own cookies on their own websites, under their own policies: Meta's and Google's.
Concept websites and private links
When we design a concept website for an estate agency, we may send the agency a private link to it. Opening the link sets the ak_concept cookie, which keeps the concept open for you in that browser while the link is open, and lets us count the visits made with it, so we know when it has been looked at. It's set only on that concept's pages and holds nothing but the link's own code. Our own team has a similar cookie for opening concepts, which visitors never get.
Other things that load with our pages
Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts and some of their animation code from jsDelivr, so Google and jsDelivr see your internet address and browser details when they send them, as any website does. Neither sets cookies for this. Vercel Web Analytics counts page views on agentkit.pro without cookies, and without recognising you from one day to the next. Where a concept or demo page plays a YouTube video, YouTube may set its own cookies when you play it.
Our host
Vercel, which hosts agentkit.pro, sees your internet address and browser details when it sends you a page, as every website host does, and keeps them in short-lived logs to run the site and protect it from abuse. It doesn't set cookies to do this. More about what we collect is in our privacy policy.
Changing your mind
Use the button at the top of this page, or Cookie settings at the foot of any page on agentkit.pro, and choose again. If you switch something off, we delete its cookies from this site and reload the page without it. You can also clear cookies in your browser's settings, which brings the question back next time.
If this changes
If we add or change anything that sets cookies, we'll update this page before it goes live. Questions: enquiries@agentkit.pro.
