What Homeflow does well
Homeflow is a proper platform, with a support desk, a product roadmap and a team whose job is to keep it running. If you want somebody else worrying about the platform, they do that well and we do not pretend to match it. We are a small studio, and you deal with the person who built the site.

What we do instead
One website, designed and written for one agency, built around the thing that actually pays: turning a vendor who is comparing three agents at eleven at night into a valuation in your diary. Their patch, their stock, their words, and pages for the towns they intend to own.

If you are mid contract
If you are mid term, do not break anything. Note the renewal date, ask what happens to your content and your search rankings when you leave, and plan the new site to land shortly before the contract ends.
Questions
Is AgentKit cheaper than Homeflow?
Not up front. Ours starts at £10,000 as a one off. Over three years on several branches the totals can come out closer than they look, but the real difference is that you own the website at the end rather than renting it.
